Die Bürgergemeinde besitzt einige Liegenschaften mit Wohnungen, Alterswohnungen, Läden, Praxen, Ateliers, ein Hotel mit Restaurant sowie Autoeinstellhallen.
Die Liegenschaften der Bürgergemeinde Aesch werden ab dem 1. Januar 2025 von unserem Liegenschaftsverwalter Matthias Gygax verwaltet. Termine nur nach Vereinbarung.
Die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung bleibt bis und mit 30. Juni 2025 weiterhin bei der Intercity Bewirtschaftung AG, Frau Sandra Gasser, St. Jakobs-Strasse 3, 4002 Basel, Tel: 058 123 64 52, E-Mail: sandra.gasser@intercitygribi.ch.
Ab 1. Juli 2025 übernimmt Matthias Gygax auch die Betreuung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung.
